In order to request a return of a part, you simply visit www.GRPumps.com and select “My Orders”. For orders, which meet the return policy, simply follow the instructions on the web site to return the product(s).

Gorman-Rupp believes that the application of a pump requires careful consideration including price, performance and pump type.
