Yes. You may purchase your components locally via your local, authorized Gorman-Rupp distributor. You may locate your local distributor by visiting www.GRPumps.com and following the “Distributor Locator” tab to find your authorized distributor.

If I order the wrong part, how do I return it for credit or exchange for the correct part?

In order to request a return of a part, you simply visit www.GRPumps.com and select “My Orders”. For orders, which meet the return policy, simply follow the instructions on the web site to return the product(s).

How do I locate a local distributor?

Visit www.GRPumps.com and follow “Distributor Locator” prompts. The authorized distributor serving your location will be displayed along with their address and contact information.

Can I purchase Gorman-Rupp Pumps online?

Gorman-Rupp believes that the application of a pump requires careful consideration including price, performance and pump type. As such, we encourage our customers to consult with the local Gorman-Rupp distributor to ensure the right product is selected to provide the most cost effective and reliable solution.

If I purchase a part from Gorman-Rupp, will I receive unsolicited emails and/or phone calls?

Gorman-Rupp does not retain any credit card information and does not use the information collected for unsolicited marketing programs. We will also never sell or share customer information with a third party for marketing purposes.

Whom do I contact for help with either troubleshooting a pump/part problem or assistance with the installation of parts?

We would strongly recommend that you contact your local, authorized Gorman-Rupp distributor. Our distributors are factory trained to troubleshoot and repair our pumps and are capable of providing you with on-site assistance.

How do I make a warranty claim?

In order to assist with the proper identification of the problem and to ensure the appropriate solution is applied, we request that you contact your local Gorman-Rupp distributor to submit a warranty claim. They will be happy to help you return the product for repair or replacement as well as ensure your equipment is available to operate.

How is Gorman-Rupp safeguarding my credit information?

Any products ordered via the Gorman-Rupp web site are processed through a secure web portal administered by Chase Bank NA. In addition, Gorman-Rupp does not store or retain any credit card information thus eliminating the possibility of your credit card information being compromised.

Do I have to pay sales tax?

You will be required to pay sales tax on each purchase even if you are tax exempt. If you wish to make a purchase without paying tax, you will be directed to a local distributor who is equipped to handle such transactions.
